I love the way the simple things become pro...Nancy,<br />I love the way the simple things become profound when they are seen with the eyes of your heart. About stuff, just this morning I include the following list in my prayers concerning finances--generosity, frugality, saving, gratitude. That's the order in which the words came to my mind. Your posting led me back to pondering what the Spirit might want to highlight or reorder in that list. But honestly, most middle class people are not nearly as wealthy or well off as they like to suppose. If you subtract what you owe from what you own most people are probably negative, technically bankrupt.... Very few people (at least in California, where I live)actually have paid off the house they live in, or the car they drive. And nationally the figures on credit card and other debt is astounding....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
